Girl and Puppy in the Snow

There is a new challenge at Winter Wonderland and we want to see 'Hats and/or Scarves'.  We are sponsored by Sasayaki Glitter who are offering the winner a digi stamp of their choice.

I'm entering the Holly and Ivy Challenge 'Anything Christmas Goes', Sparkles Christmas Challenge 'Snowflakes' and Crafty Hazelnut's Christmas Challenge 'Anything Goes'.  The paper and card were from my snippets drawer so I'm also popping across to the playground at Pixie's Crafty Workshop.

Card blank: 6" x 6" white silk
Stamp: Sasayaki Glitter 'Girl and Puppy in the Snow' digi
Die: Spellbinders Nestabilities 'Wonky Rectangles'
Punch: Woodware Large and Regular Snowflakes
Embossing: Kars tan embossing mat
Colouring: Promarkers
Card: White silk
Snippets: Marianne Design 'Snow Paper', Lili of the Valley 'Festive Trimmings'
Other: Diamond Stickles, Turquoise Candy BonBons, Wink of Stella.

I trimmed the red paper and attached it to the card front.  The digi stamp was resized and printed onto white card before being die-cut and embossed.  I coloured the image to match the colours of the paper and then attached it to the centre of the card.  I punched two large and two small snowflakes and attached them to the corners of the image before adding turquoise BonBons to the centres.  To finish I added Stickles to the snowflakes around the girl and a Wink of Stella on her dress frill and hat.

Card blank: 6" x 6" white silk
Image: Lili of the Valley 'Beautiful Blooms' Art Pad
Dies: Memory Box 'Grand Happy Birthday' and Tattered Lace 'Mini Butterfly'
Card: Purple and lilac pearlescent, white silk

I trimmed the purple card so it was slightly smaller than the card blank.  I then trimmed the width of the pre-coloured Art Pad image before die-cutting 'happy' from the lower edge.  This was then attached to the card blank.  I die-cut 'happy birthday' from lilac pearlescent card, trimmed it and attached it to the lower edge of the card.  I then die-cut the sentiment from white silk card and inlaid the pieces.  To finish I added a small die-cut butterfly to the top corner.
