Gold Christmas

This card was made for this week's Winter Wonderland challenge, which is 'Gold Christmas'.

Woodware ribbon tree peeloffs
Gold mirri card
Gold snowflake paper (magazine freebie)

I layered gold snowflake paper onto gold mirri card and attached it to the card front.  I stuck the ribbon tree peeloff to gold paper and cut around the tree, this was attached to white card which was layered onto gold mirri and then the card front.

Red Christmas

I made this card for the 52 [Christmas} Card Throwdown Stash Challenge which is to use enamel dots.

Woodware Christmas Date stamp
Red mirri card
Red snowflake paper (magazine freebie)
Red nailheads
StazOn black ink
Promarkers

I layered the patterned area of the red snowflake paper onto red mirri card and attached it to the card blank.  The image was stamped onto a paler section of the same snowflake paper, embossed and coloured with Promarkers.  This image was then trimmed, layered onto red mirri card and attached to the card front with foam tape.

To finish, I used red nailheads for the holly berries.

Me to You Santa

I missed my trip to the playground at Pixie's Crafty Workshop last week, so am paying an early visit this week and hope to pay another visit soon!

Docrafts Me to You Santa stamp
Red mirri card
Woodware snowflake punch
Woodware squared corner cutter
StazOn black ink
Promarkers
White fun flock
Red gems

I stamped the image onto white card, coloured it with Promarkers and trimmed to size.  This was layered onto red mirri and then attached to the card front.  I made snowflakes from snippets of white card and found three red gems for the centres.  A Quickie glue pen and white fun flock added the finishing touch.

Jingle Belles Pink Christmas

I saw this Jingle Belles challenge on Di's blog.    As October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, they're asking for holiday cards with a noticeable amount of pink on them - for each card that is linked the ladies that run the challenge will donate $4 to the Susan G Komen Foundation.   I've used my favourite Christmas stamp for this quick card.

Woodware Bubble Bloom Festive Tree stamp
Woodware square corner punch
Pink moondust card
Pink card candi
Pink and clear gems
Versafine Vintage Sepia ink

I stamped the tree onto white card, punched the corners, layered it onto pink moondust card and attached it to my card front.  I then decorated it with card candi and gems.
